What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Sorry, Charlie, it is not feasible to be “happy” all of the time.

Feelings are a part of us. Highs, lows, middles. All of them. Even anger and sorrow have their place. The important thing is to not let ourselves be governed by them. Feel them, acknowledge them, and move on. Yeah, that’s kinda Zen.

But what happens when a feeling so strong threatens to camp out and doesn’t want to ZOB?

Yeah, sometimes down in the dumps happens. And negative feelings can happen HARD. They don’t want to be heard, they want to be wallowed in. 😏
