What is the last thing you learned?
I enjoy baking. I also enjoy the eating part. Fresh bread? How can you not? And think about it, food is fuel. Don’t go overboard and you can still eat the tasty thing you want, seriously.
A coworker and I often swap recipes. We’ve been close friends since pre-covid. Play on PlayStation together. Send stupid video clips back and forth. The knitting goth chick? Hilarious!
We’ve never met.
All good, so this sourdough starter, mine is called Jayne Dough, and I’ve been keeping it alive and baking from it for a year plus. It was a gift from a fellow disc golfer.
Yesterday, I started a loaf of chocolate swirl bread. The oven is preheating now.

I’ll be starting the chocolate starter today as well. Jayne needs to eat once a day to remain bubbly and active.
