Who are the biggest influences in your life?
Part of my mantra is growth. If something strikes a cord, I’ll stick with it. If I find an author I enjoy for what ever reason, I’m going to follow them. Same with YouTubers, college instructors, etc.
We aren’t trees. We are not stuck in one place. We are meant to experience life and to grow. The butterfly is different from the caterpillar. It’s ok to find new mentors when you grow, as long as you can look back at the old and appreciate that they helped to get you where you are now.
Today is kitchen day. Family is coming over for dinner and gifts. Pie, smoked chicken, rib roast and some veg. And macanoodle.
