What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?
Change is hard. Leaving the safety of a comfort zone is hard.
Walking away from familiar, yet toxic relationships is also hard. What if I never find someone else? What if I do, but they are just as bad or worse? All of that garbage rolls around up there between left and right ears. Especially if you aren’t in a good place to begin with.
So the walking away is good (I promise) but it is also terrifying.
